In this video I install my LS7 cylinder heads fresh from the machine shop, mystery brand cylinder head studs, head gaskets, lifters, pilot bearing, slave cylinder lines, clutch, and finally, drop the LS7 and T56 into the chassis! All with caveman tools and tips. Install was pretty smooth, I managed to drop the LS7/T56 in paired together. The front oil drain plug on the dry sump pan (the is one on the front, one on the driver side, and the oil tank itself has a drain) contacts the front subframe so I had to notch it to get the LS7 to sit properly. The front oil drain bolt will be inaccessible, but that is no problem as I change oil early and often (majority of oil will be drained from tank, the rest from side plug). The next videos will most likely be a brief video on longtube fitment / install, MGW body shifter install, LSD upgrade + subframe / diff bushings upgrade, and more!
