You have some concerns and questions though, about when your doctor has schedules you for a C-section. You mentioned that this is going to happen when you're about 35 weeks along, and you're wondering if you should stay pregnant longer than that. Now you did say that your doctor gave you steroids, and that's good, because those were given to hasten the maturity of your baby's lungs and help them to do better when they're born. So that was a very good thing to do. As for keeping them in longer, this is a good conversation to have with your doctor, because they know the most about your situation, and can give you the best advice. Generally speaking, twins usually deliver between 34 and 36 weeks of pregnancy, and women who have a placenta previa should deliver between 36 and 37 weeks to reduce the risk of having bleeding complications if she were to go further along.
