I think I may have found another issue in the XPeng TomTom navigation system — and I need your help to understand it. After XPeng started the TBOX replacements, I began noticing a new problem when planning routes or when the system recalculates navigation. Sometimes the car fails to retrieve online data, shows an error, and then automatically switches to offline navigation. This behavior never happened before the TBOX replacements started, which raises an important question: Is this a software bug in the car system? Or is it related to internet connectivity or provider changes?
