Today's cookie is a delicious lemony cookie that has the perfect balance of sour and sweet and is sure to become your new go-to recipe :) Don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss out on the delicious new recipes coming soon Lemon Cookie Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) of butter 2 cups sugar 2 eggs (110 grams of yogurt) 2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 and 1/2 tbsp. lemon zest 3 cups flour 1 and 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350° F Cream butter and sugar until fully creamed (4-5 minutes) Add eggs (or yogurt), vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest and mix Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt mixture adding 1/2 of the mixture at a time drop dough on parchment paper and bake for about 9-11 minutes (can bake more if needed) let cookies cool down and sprinkle sugar if desired Enjoy the cookies :)
