Indian System Causing Undue Delay in Trial of Jagtar Singh Johal & Others; Lies Prevail in Courts

Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, counsel for Jagtar Singh Johal and others, has accused the Indian state, including the prosecution agency NIA and the Indian judicial system, of causing undue delay in trial of Jagtar Singh Jaggi Johal and others. He said that NIA made false claims in the Indian Supreme Court to get Jagtar Singh Johal's case transferred from NIA court Mohali to Delhi and event the Supreme Court of India transferred the said cases to Delhi on a totally false ground that 'several witnesses were shot dead'. He said that there was no case of any such killing and the SCI forged this totally false ground to transfer cases of Jagtar Singh Jaggi and other to NIA court in Delhi. He said that the NIA was causing delay in trial of cases against Jagtar Singh Jaggi and others in Delhi court at the pretext of one plea.
