Pakistan is pursuing a policy of cooperation. Pakistan feels that we have to add a new chapter to our relationship." 8. Qureshi preparing to leave STORYLINE Pakistan's foreign minister on Friday harshly condemned the attacks in Mumbai and said his country will cooperate in any investigation. "Whoever has done this is neither your nor our friend," said Shah Mehmood Qureshi in New Delhi. Earlier on Friday, India's foreign minister pointed an accusing finger across the border at long-time rival Pakistan. But Qureshi, who is in India for talks on a slow-moving South Asian peace process, said Pakistan's government would fully cooperate with the Indian government and had already offered the help of its most powerful intelligence service. Qureshi said if India accepted, the government in Islamabad would send ISI (Inter-Service Intelligence) agency chief Lieutenant General Ahmed Shujaa Pasha to India. He denied that there were any "training camps" for militants in Pakistan, saying there was zero tolerance for militant activity in Pakistan, which was now pursuing "a policy of cooperation". More than 150 people have been killed since gunmen attacked 10 sites across India's financial capital starting Wednesday night, including 22 foreigners - two of them Americans, officials said on Friday.
