There was a simple sweetness in the background that made it easy to drink. The hop quality was classic American 'C' hop like; a little assertive/a little fruity. Overall, we liked this system and enjoyed the results. We have concerns over the blind standardization of the brewing times resulting in a too quick of a turnaround on the fermentation. We also agree that without a CO2 displacement source as its being poured you either have to deal with losing carbonation or taking on air if you don't drink it all within a day or two , which might not be a problem seeing how the batch size is a gallon or less.
