It offers stunning views of the countryside and surrounding mountains. A hike up the peak takes you past alpine meadows, forests, and rock formations. A variety of flora and fauna call Breitenstein home and visitors can enjoy the spectacular wildlife and nature here. During the warm months of spring and summer, climbers of various levels can follow various routes of varying difficulty levels up to the top. The view from the summit is said to be one of the most spectacular in Germany and rewards all the hard effort with a magnificent panorama. From the top of Breitenstein, visitors have an unparalleled view over the Swabian Jura, taking the breath away of many a visitor.
