Wow! That was an intense 3 hours. The organizer wanted me to teach three aerials: the Snatch, Lindy Flip (also known as the Around the Back, Frankie, Lamppost), and Kaye Flip. The Spits were a necessary learning step for a good Snatch. Notes: I was teaching by myself and demonstrated with a really great student. These aerials are not perfect. This is just a recap and not meant to be a thorough instructional video. I apologize if I offended anyone when I said I hate the name "Around the Back". The name was creating very interesting results because people locked onto that phrase and the mental image it produces. No one got the Kaye Flip. It's a super difficult aerial.
