A great beginner camera or one for the seasoned professional, The EOS Elan 7 is one of those film cameras that I have a sentimental attachment too. This was the camera I began shooting with when I started shooting on film again about 5 1/2 years ago. The Elan 7 is one of my favorite film cameras ever. Here are 2 great starter lenses for your EOS film camera setup. You’ll be good with either choice. The 50mm is usually more affordable, has a 1.8 aperture and renders awesome images. The 40mm is super sharp and compact but doesn’t open as wide and usually costs more. You can’t go wrong with either.
