Winter Halibut and Corbina

With the California winter in full swing, the temperatures have dropped. Most people are out there trying to grab limits on the trout, but there’s always room out there for the surf and bay. Started the morning off in the surf for the small corbina but ended up switching to inside the bay do to unidealistic conditions. Due to the cold water, my expectations weren’t high, but I ended up with a few small fish today. Slayem Lures and the gulp continues to be producing well with the braid to light line leader.
