♡¸¸.•´¯v´¯•.¸¸OPEN FOR INFO¸¸.•´¯v´¯•.¸¸♡ *Today, we can finally reveal one of the main new systems being developed for the next era of the game: THE VECNA'S CURSE (first part)!* Just like in Stranger Things Season 4, Vecna’s Curse will not be a simple ability, it is an **interactive and progressive system**, which involves different scenarios. _How the Curse works:_ The Curse is now divided into **4 stages**, each one represented by ** real Stranger Things visions, which vecna and the target can see**, they ALL have to be completed to unlock the final curse. The *first stage* can only begin in the **Creel House attic inside the Upside Down**, forcing vecna to meditate there to access the first target. From the **second stage onward**, the curse can be **interrupted**, but only if someone manages to reach Vecna and strike him while he meditates in the attic, more about that will be revealed in the next 3 stages. If the victim cannot resist, and the stages progress to the end, a **portal will open**. _Some consequences:_ Opening a single portal when someone dies is already dangerous… But should *four portals* be opened at the same time, something far greater may be set loose, maybe an **invasion that threatens Hawkins itself and includes some special quests to save it**? Protection against the Curse: The Curse is strong, but not unstoppable. Players will be able to *purchase protective items in the shop* (to be revealed soon) The Curse is not just another ability tied to Vecna., its an interactive, real and accurate system we are building for the game, including opening all portals like in Season 4 ending, the upside down invading the real world and way more! In this reveal, you can see the beginning of the curse, where vecna has to meditate in the attic to reach people's mind, including the new curse selection + the first step of the 4 needed to complete the curse successfully.
