Trying to give up smoking and being a better unicyclist... It's been a week since I've replaced regular smoking with HNB products (Heat-Not-Burn tobacco products). I've smoked my last regular cigarette on October 10, 2020 at 11:55 PM (finished the cigarette before midnight). This was my present to myself on my 50th birthday on October the 11th, 2020. I've used E-Cigarettes and HNB products before, but this was the first time when I've completely replaced regular smoking with something else. I really hate this type of products which are intended to replace smoking, but smoking doesn't seem a good option either, especially when you're not young any more.
