Cresco Labs CRLBF stock Forecast & Analysis Update Why this is not a great deal

Cresco Labs is acquiring Columbia Care in a major stock deal. But, is CRLBF & CCHWF stock necessarily going to be a good deal? The combined companies are going to have the biggest revenue. But, these companies, Cresco Labs CRLBF stock & Columbia Care CCHWF stock, are not going to have the best margins out there. This is troublesome for the entire industry. The cannabis industry needs to progress forward. And, although Cresco Labs, after acquiring Columbia Care, will have the biggest revenue, they will also be one of the biggest losing companies out there. Cresco Labs needs to get its margins in a much better position. The addition of Columbia Care as a way to increase revenue and decrease costs through cost cutting measures, is a way to really push forward. But, the numbers fore EBITDA/Revenue are paltry at best at this time and Cresco Labs needs to increase what they earn from their revenue. Cresco Labs needs to be better at earning profits. And, that is what is going to drive CRLBF stock higher. By pushing their margins to better levels, this will improve the bottom line for Cresco Labs and, ultimately, this is what is going to drive CRLBF stock higher. Columbia Care is a sizable company that could become a major contender in the cannabis industry since they are already one of the top 10 cannabis producers, by revenue, in the cannabis industry. This will only enhance what could happen with each company and CCHWF stock as it moves higher. I look for continued moves higher with Cresco Labs CRLBF stock. But, their moves higher, for now, are based upon what is happening in the industry instead of profits and opportunities for those investing in CRLBF stock.
