Certs Don't Get Jobs, They do this though...

Many people ask the question "Will this certification get me a job?" The answer is "NO." There is no certification that will get you a job. Here me out on this: In the past 3 years, I have amassed more than 40 certifications. Never once has any landed me a job. But I will share what they have done for me, and how they can be leveraged. In the past 3 years, I have also been consistently employed, promoted, and received job offers. And landing a job came down to one thing only. I mention that in the video as well. The thing is, I do believe certs are great, and they're better suited in the placing I put them in this video. And for the reasons I give, I will absolutely continue to amass certs for the purpose they serve.
