Welcome to 432Hz Buddha Tales, The teachings contained in The Prophecies and Instructions of Padmasambhava were directly spoken by Guru Padmasambhava to his closest disciples in Tibet. Initially, they were given in response to questions posed by Lady Yeshe Tsogyal, the Princess of Kharchen. She transcribed and concealed them as precious terma (hidden treasures), intended to be revealed centuries later. Nearly every chapter mentions that these teachings were offered for the benefit of future practitioners, often concluding with the aspiration: “May this book reach all worthy and destined beings in the future!” The Prophecies and Instructions of Padmasambhava is a companion volume to Dakini Teachings (Shambhala, 1989), part of a continuous effort to bring Padmasambhava’s wisdom to modern-day practitioners. Guru Padmasambhava, the great tantric master who established Buddhism in Tibet in the late 8th century, is also the subject of Lotus Born (Shambhala, 1993), which provides detailed accounts of his life and activities. Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche expressed his deep conviction that an English translation of these precious instructions would be of immense benefit. He specifically requested that I search for and select the most profound teachings, especially those addressing themes not already presented in Dakini Teachings. This collection comprises oral Vajrayana instructions, carefully chosen by the most eminent masters from various terma cycles. Though these revelations occurred over many centuries and were discovered by different tertöns (treasure revealers) in diverse locations, their language and grammar remain remarkably consistent. The text presented here represents only a fraction of the vast terma heritage uncovered over the past millennium. This compilation is drawn from the following sources: Gongpa Sangtal by Rigdzin Gödem, Martri by Nyang Ral Nyima Özer, Lama Gongdu by Sangye Lingpa, Tongwa Dönden (a collected anthology), Khandro Nyingtik by Pema Ledrel Tsal, and Chokling Tersar by Chokgyur Lingpa. #padmasambhava #meditation #buddha #Buddhist #15minutes #healing #relaxing #breakfast #breaktime #dharma
