I wanted to make a video that showed the incubation process of chicken eggs that in turn results in the hatching of baby chickens. An incubator will control the temperature and humidity required for a fertilised egg to grow over a period of approximately 21 days. The incubator is used as an alternative to leaving a fertilised egg underneath an actual chicken. At the time of posting these silkie chicks are now 8 weeks old, and we only have a few of them left as many have found new homes with new owners!
