NFS the Run was scrapped back in 2011 and was completely reused and reworked from the ground up for Most Wanted on IOS and Android for "focus on fewer, bigger, better experiences" and time being rushed for the EA Fire Monkey Developers. Sources: Found textures were ripped from the Chinese OBB file from Most Wanted 2012 Online on Android.
