RV roof vent replacement is not as hard as it might seem. In this video, I show you how to replace/upgrade either a broken or passive RV roof vent fan with a Dometic Fan-tastic competitor unit. The process would be the same for a van roof vent. I didn't feel like paying top dollar for the Dometic unit, so I opted for this similar featured rv roof vent fan: https://amzn.to/3sc9HOG This unit seems really solid and very comparable to the Dometic roof vent fan.
