Spinach and Cream Cheese Crostini Cut and sauté 4 cloves of garlic and one small onion in butter. Add about 2 cups of fresh chopped spinach. Cool until wilted. Salt and pepper to taste. In a bowl combine the spinach mixture, 2 cups of cream cheese and 2 teaspoons of dill. Spread over slices of day old sliced bread. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake in 425 oven for 10 minutes.
