The Absolute Zero style is a reward available for players to obtain during the DCUO Winter Seasonal Event. It was first added to the game as part of the 2017 update. The Absolute Zero style is inspired by iconic DC Comics villain - Captain Cold. "Absolute Zero" Regular Style - 0:00 "Enhanced Absolute Zero" Style - 2:45 There are 8 pieces of the Absolute Zero style set to collect. All pieces are located on the Winter Seasonal vendor, attached to items called "Cold Commando". The costs of each of the pieces varies between 10 and 15 Holly Leaves. Here is a breakdown of the prices as of the 2017 update: Head - 15x Holly Leaves Shoulders - 15x Holly Leaves Chest - 15x Holly Leaves Back - 15x Holly Leaves Hands - 10x Holly Leaves Waist - 10x Holly Leaves Legs - 15x Holly Leaves Feet - 10x Holly Leaves Once a piece of the style has been consumed, it is removed from the Winter Seasonal Event vendor and replaced with an R&D Plan which allows you to craft an enhanced version of the Absolute Zero style. The Enhanced Absolute Zero style is essentially the same as the regular Absolute Zero style, except certain regions of the style have a pre-made ice texture applied to them, which cannot be altered in any way. The recipe to build each of these plans is 10x Simple Materials, 5x Winter Motes and 20x Snowballs. Winter Motes are available as random drops when running the Seasonal instance and also for 5x Holly Leaves on the Seasonal vendor. Snowballs are common rewards that have existed for years in DCUO as consumable prank items. They given out when completing event related missions and other places. Collecting all 8 pieces of the Absolute Zero style will unlock the "Rogue Leader" feat, a 1 star feat worth 10 feat points. Crafting and collecting all 8 pieces of the Enhanced Absolute Zero style will unlock the "What's Cooler Than Being Cool?" fear, a 0 star feat with no feat points, that grants the title "Ice Cold".
