Iran’s ‘do-or-die’ chaos strategy targets GCC to force US ceasefire, analyst says

Rob Geist Pinfold, a lecturer in international security at King’s College London, says Iran’s claim that it is only targeting US assets in the Gulf region “has to be taken with far more than a pinch of salt” Speaking to Al Jazeera, Pinfold said Iran’s targets “are in fact primarily large-sale infrastructure and civilian targets, as well. “This is not a mistake, this is by design,” he said.
