All these knives has a really nice feature, that they are made entirely of one piece. That means that the handle and blade are made in one stroke. And if we go from knife to knife, they are forged in a way that they have a really nice balance; each of them is designed this way. The stainless steel handle is perfect for hygiene and also it really feels nice in your hand. They also carry the sing Damasteel, WMF logo, and Made in Germany label. These knives are forged at more than 1000°C, they have multiple layers of forging; they have Damascus look. At the same time they are extremely sharp, since the sharpest achieved on this knife is two times higher than the current DIN EN 8442/5 sharpness standard, they are really sharp. At the same time, the material is on the highest quality level. We could say that these knives combine really state-of-the-art technologies with a traditional forging process.
