Episode 9 Abe Mills, ALC with KW Land talks about how to get your Accredited Land Consultant (ALC)

On this episode Koby talks with Accredited Land Consultant Abe Mills from Greenville, SC. Abe Mills spent most of his youth in Florida before his parents retired and moved to their summer home in New England. In 1997 he moved to the Upstate of South Carolina to work as a framing contractor and within a few years became a home builder and developer. After a couple other business ventures Abe prayerfully decided to enter the Real Estate world. Abe's expertise in developing land has proven to be a gem of an asset and his knowledge is unsurpassed in the area. As Abe's business grew he decided to pursue the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. During that process Abe noticed he could fast track the designation by earning an ALC designation through RLI. So he jumped into RLI, and although he already knew it, it was quickly apparent his love for real estate lied in the land. Abe proudly earned his ALC designation and now even serves on the designation committee with RLI. Abe also serves on the NAR Professional Standards Committee, which makes recommendations to the ethics board.
