Use Sara's Thundering Roar to reduce his STR/SPD significantly so his link attacks and especially Deadly Cross don't do high damage. One key point of this fight is that Ordine follows a set pattern: He will always regular attack into Criminal Edge into Arc Slash before looping back in phase 1. In phase 2 he will add Chaos Saber into Blade Throw before looping back so you can predict his next attack. Be careful in phase 2 because Chaos Saber and Blade Throw have the same stance (Ordine holds the saber in front of him) and attacking the wrong part makes your attack miss and allows Ordine to counter you.
