Like crunch, cookies, chocolate chips and dry fruits. Chocolate Strawberry dome: Ingredients: Melted chocolate as required Strawberry conserve as required Method: pour melted chocolate in a sphere shape mould and turn it upside down empty it and fill with strawberry conserve and freeze for a little while. Take it out from freezer and cover the top of dome with melted chocolate and freeze it again for 15 min and demold it. Cookie butter truffles: Ingredients: White Chocolate 500gm Cream 200 gm Biscuit spread 4 tbsp Salt ¼ tsp Biscuits Crumbs 1 cup Vanilla essence as required Method: Make white ganache add biscuit spread salt and vanilla mix well. Let it cool completely and form truffles and freeze it, later make balls and coat with lotus cookies crumbs.
