FROM FRAMEWORK TO PRACTICE: PRESENTING THE RM FRAMEWORK HANDBOOK TO RMs RM Framework Online User Event 📍 Online | Zoom | 📆 25 February 2026 The RM Framework project held its first online User Event on 25 February 2026, dedicated to presenting the RM Framework Handbook and exploring its practical application for RM Roadmap Ambassadors and Research Management communities. The session brought together Research Managers involved in training, mentoring, and community-building activities to discuss how the Handbook supports the development, validation, and recognition of RM competencies. Participants explored how shared standards and a common methodology can contribute to the professionalisation of Research Management across Europe. The event introduced the Handbook as a flexible yet structured guideline designed to support training development while respecting national and institutional diversity. Through discussion and exchange, participants reflected on how the Handbook can strengthen the recognition, impact, and long-term sustainability of the Research Management profession.
