जेल से निकालकर कर देंगे हत्या' ये बयान माफिया अतीक के भाई का है...दरअसल अपहरण के मामले में उम्रकैद की सज़ा पाए पूर्व सांसद अतीक अहमद के भाई खालिद अजीम उर्फ अशरफ ने इसी मामले में प्रयागराज की अदालत से बरी किए जाने के बाद, अपनी जान को खतरा बताया है. जेल की गाड़ी में बैठे अशरफ ने पत्रकारों से कहा, ''एक अधिकारी ने मुझे धमकी दी है कि उमेश पाल अपहरण मामले में तो बच गए हो मगर जेल से दो सप्ताह बाद निकालकर तुम्हारी हत्या कर दी जाएगी.''उसने कहा “अगर ऐसा हुआ तो उस अधिकारी का नाम लिखा मेरा बंद लिफाफा उच्चतम न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश और मुख्यमंत्री के सामने खोल दिया जाए.”इस सवाल पर कि क्या उसे जेल के अंदर भी अपनी हत्या की आशंका है, अशरफ ने कहा, ''जेल में फिलहाल मुझे कोई खतरा नहीं है. जेल के बाहर खतरा है.'
