Egg Fried Rice Scramble 3 eggs in some oil. Add salt, pepper and keep it aside In another pan, add some oil, 1 tbsp garlic, vegetables of your choice and saute them. Add some salt. Put your leftover rice and sauces. You can add soy sauce (2 tbsp), chilli sauce (1 tbsp), schezwan sauce (2 tbsp) and mix well. Add eggs, spring onion. End it by topping with a fried egg. Egg Chops For egg chops, boil eggs and potatoes. Mash boiled potatoes with 1tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1tsp cumin powder. Cover the boiled egg with potato mixture, coat it with egg wash and bread crumbs, deep fry it. Egg Tortilla Wrap Saute some mushrooms in butter with salt and pepper.
