Welcome back to my channel. Today I am sharing a Healthy Little Millet Eggless Chocolate Brownie recipe. This brownie is made without maida and eggs. I used little millet flour, which is a healthy millet and a great alternative to refined flour desserts. Little millet is rich in fiber, minerals, and nutrients. It is easy to digest and a great choice for both kids and adults. This healthy brownie is soft, chocolaty, and perfect as a snack or dessert. Ingredients • 1 cup Little Millet Flour • ½ cup Brown Sugar • ½ cup Milk • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter • 100 grams Dark Chocolate • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder • ½ tsp Baking Powder • ¼ tsp Baking Soda • Pinch of Salt Method In a bowl add little millet flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. In another bowl melt butter and dark chocolate together. Add brown sugar and milk to the melted mixture and mix well. Now add the dry ingredients and mix to make a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. Let it cool before cutting into brownie pieces. This healthy millet brownie is a great eggless dessert option and perfect for people looking for healthy sweet recipes.
