For the next few months, I'm going to be focusing on the most important foundational work that you can do to improve your relationships. What I call Level 1 in the path of relationships that I teach includes: developing secure attachment freeing ourselves from codependency cultivating true self-love and self-worth learning about boundaries developing crystal clear communication skills Level 1 will completely change your life even if you have zero interest to move into the higher levels of relationships (Level 2 - Conscious Relationships, and Level 3 - Spiritual Partnership). The vast majority of people have not yet built the strong and solid foundation that Level 1 provides, and this is why there is immense confusion and failure when it comes to building strong, healthy relationships. There is no shame, since most people are not taught this - and I had to learn everything the hard way through major life lessons that were incredibly painful and humbling.
