It was crazy tired to travel in the bkk city , too much traffic and my first time training at bkk , we found “ The box “ boxing gym at bkk center, Sukhumvit It’s was a nice training experience, they have very nice and international coach there , and also have Muaythai too . For beginners better try some PT then go for group class , it’s will help u fit in more easily. Then I went to Superbon , I wasn’t ready for a good training ,a bit upset, but , also its a nice experience , Kru Jeng very kind ppl , and they do help u for what u need .
