Home prices, taxes, and gas are just a few examples of things that are much less expensive than in places like California, New York, and Illinois. Reason number 2 is because people want their freedom back. Tennessee is a conservatve state and many people are looking for that. Reason number 3 is because Tennessee has become a very friendly state for businesses. Companies like Nissan, Mitsubishi, and Oracle have all decided to move operations to TN.
