Urban Exploration - Abandoned Looking 1850 House Although a stone of the house says 1727, public records has this colonial style home built in 1850. Not sure if part of the house was built in 1727 and added on in 1850, but it sure is a unique looking house. The house used to be a farm house but was sold to a church in 2008. The church built a new facility on the land and they kept the house. I took these photos in the Fall of 2013 and the house looked to going through a state of decay. Still in decent shape but the interior as i saw through windows looked to be peeling away. I searched for an hour on the internet to try and find some history to this house and this one is tough. It is a 4000 sq foot house with 10 total rooms, 5 bedrooms, and 2 baths. I was not able to tour the inside of this house so I only have these exterior photos.
