Team: Lopera (R10 / P1), Moldir (R10 / P1), Euphoria Marcus (R10 + Genuinity / P0), X (R10 / P5) This stage is almost (ALMOST) an actually fun gimmick stage. Unfortunately someone at Bluepoch decided "wouldn't it be funny if the player got hit with precast potentially every turn" and we ended up with this torturous mess instead. I tried a bunch of characters here, including the La Source + White Rum duo, non-Euphoria Argus (Euphoria Argus is too strong, she can easily push the boss to 15+ stacks, and you really don't want that to happen). When I was lucky enough to even draw a Rank 3 White Rum Chanel card, it was easy to hit Phase 2. Unfortunately all my best attempts would eventually get screwed over by precast. Had to give up on the La Source and White Rum team, and look for something else. After much testing we ended up with: Lopera, Moldir, X and... Anjo Nala- wait a minute Yes I originally cleared this stage second with Marcus swapped out for Euphoria Anjo. The Euphoria Anjo variation of this team is pretty easy to play. Very easy for everyone to stay at 0 Heartburn stacks, X-bonded Anjo will also make it impossible for the boss to ever use their Ult. You just need to be good at counting Thunderous Stacks. Unfortunately for me, Euphoria Anjo was needed for 450M-4, so we use Euphoria Marcus as a replacement. Marcus is okay for this stage. I've heard it's possible for her to even burst down this stage in 4 turns. My Euphoria Marcus cannot do that so here we are. The party explained: Lopera: Easy to use sustain. If she gets her Channel up on Round 1 and she hits the boss, you will never have to worry about her getting Heartburn (unless the boss lands their Ult on her, but why are you letting the boss do that), just have to use her Ult. P1 Moldir: Another easy to use unit. Her AP+1 being a Debuff means she doesn't care about the Disarm. If she needs to get rid of 2 Heartburn stacks, just Debuff and Counter/Riposte. Her Riposte will also apply after the boss resolves it's Thunderous Stacks. She's just really helpful here, arguably more than in 450M-4 where you're even getting Ripostes off on the boss.\ X: Just here to prevent the boss from ever using his Ult. He's kind of finnicky to play, especially if he gets Disarmed. As long as the game gives you a card and doesn't precast you, you can still merge/move cards to built Moxie. Marcus: The replacement for Anjo, she's just here to generate Thunderous stacks/kill the minions. Plant Myth: Actually super important here, since it will add 3 Thunderous stacks to the boss at the end of round. If you mess up with the minions, this Myth still has a chance to remove them from play. The phase 2 Minion can also be Petrified by this Myth. Other notes: you don't want to hit 15 Stacks, but I would also personally reset if you only get 7 Stacks in a turn early in the fight. When that happens, the boss gains Regen stacks. And een if you play this fight perfectly (you won't), it takes 15+ rounds for the boss to die from self-damage. Unless you're already late in phase 2 (like in the video) it's better to just reset. You'll have to get good at counting to beat this fight. An easy tip to remember is "5 stacks is too low, but 6 stacks is high enough" (the Plant Myth will push the 6 stacks into the 9 range).
