Bonifay Fire-Rescue responded to a report of a residential structure fire. Reponding units could see the fire from nearly two miles away. Once on scene Crews found a single story wood frame house about 50% involved. A 1.75" handline was deployed with a 15/16" smooth bore flowing 210gpm. A 2nd 2.5" line was pulled. The fire was quickly knocked down and crews transitioned to an interior attack stopping the fire and saving half of the home.
