By now you all know me as someone who wants to learn from the best, and I mean it! Someone who I have learned valuable lessons from is Pace Morby. In this video, I discuss the lessons I have learned as a lawyer from Pace! This is the sixth video in a multi-part series where I highlight the best lessons I've learned from a variety of business people. I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick and seeing him at the Think Media Grow With Video Live Conference earlier this year and appreciated his presentation on marketing, growing a business, and much more. The first lesson I learned from Pace is to stay within your niche. This can be difficult for some, but it is really important that you follow your niche and stay the course, the success will follow. The next lesson I learned from Pace, is the importance of systems and tools to make your business better. Platforms like Slack provides assistance in managing your team, project management, and other helpful tools. The third lesson I learned from Pace is to always have the option to pivot. I deal with way too many people who get excited over a dead-end lead which turns out to be a huge waste of time and energy. Understanding when the time is right to shift your time and energy can help tremendously. These are just a few of my best lessons learned in business, stay tuned for more!
