Having published more than 900 research articles, he is ranked in the top 100 of the world’s most cited scientists. He is the author of five popular books including "The Diet Myth”, "Spoon Fed", “Food for Life”, a Sunday Times bestseller, and “The ZOE Food for Life Cookbook”. Tim founded the ZOE Health Study, which became the world's biggest community science app, thanks to the hundreds of thousands of citizen scientists who logged their symptoms. Tim was awarded an OBE for this work during the pandemic to help progress our understanding of COVID-19.
