Schloss Lieser | Staying in a German Castle!

So this was the surprise stay that I found while looking for unique places to stay in Germany. Now this was a surprise for Kayla as all she knew was that I had a special place booked. Schloss Liesser was built in the late 1800s by Eduard Puricelli who founded several gas companies and was also a wine maker (hence the all the grape vines). This Castle was an absolutely amazing experience and was also quite affordable (in the off season). Now this is actually a Marriott hotel (Travel Tip: that you can use Marriott points to stay at) It was the best hotel I think I have ever stayed at highly recommend.
