Drawing & Shading a Foreshortened Figure from Life

This quick video will give you some tools for how to visualize foreshortening from the live model as well as how to approach shading when you want to let the paper show through black and white charcoal. In this example the figure was very foreshortened, and the light was coming from the opposite side of the model, so much of the figure was in shadow.
