Aven Interrupter is basically the reincarnation of Spell Queller, except it doesn't require us to dip into Blue, so we can instead play it in BW Taxes and use it in conjunction with Wasteland Strangler for huge value. Aven Interruptor exiles target spell when it enters the battlefield, that spell becomes plotted.
