Hello everyone 💓 Matcha White Chocolate Cookies These cookies aren’t bright green, but the flavor is absolutely amazing — soft and perfectly sweet with white chocolate. Ingredients: • 115 g butter • 120 g flour • ½ tsp baking soda • 1 tbsp matcha powder • 40 g white sugar • 90 g brown sugar • 2 eggs • 170 g white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate) • A pinch of salt nstructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder. 3. Melt the butter. 4. In another bowl, combine white sugar and brown sugar. Add melted butter and mix well. 5. Add the eggs and whisk until smooth. 6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until fully combined and smooth — no lumps. 7. Stir in white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate). 8. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking tray, shaping into round cookies. 9. Bake for 10–15 minutes at 175°C until lightly golden on the edges.
