In this Stranded Deep tutorial we are going to get our first trophy by hunting the "Meg" 🦈🦈🦈 which is the largest shark in the game and presumably a pre-historic Megalodon. You find the Meg in a special boss area which is show on the Cartographer map as a "mysterious location." Look for the whale carcass floating on the sea and the Meg will be there eating it. First we will review everything you should have prepped, including the speargun, refined spears, bandages, and speargun arrows. You will also want at least three tool belts unlocked so you can hotkey the speargun, spears, and bandages. And of course you will need a stable raft built.
