An official (or certified copy) academic transcript (for degree courses continuation). Two recommendation letters. A recent photograph (white background – applicant wears a white collared shirt) – 4 cm x 6 cm: 10 photos A copy of the passport: personal information page (International applicant). Copies of citizenship ID and registration of domicile (Thai applicant). A Medical Certificate (not required for short-term study). A copy of the Baptismal Certificate (SDA applicant only).
