Metal Detecting With The Makro Racer And The 5x4.5" Coil (Real World Test)

I'm testing for the first time the 5 x 4.5" coil. I went with the Makro Racer to my favorite location. This small spot was hunted already several times with the XP Deus (11" and 9" coil), the GC-1023, the Golden Mask WD4 and the Racer (with a 10x5" coil). I didn't expect to find anything (especially near my "magic wall"), but I got surprised once again. Please keep in mind - it was another day, with another weather/soil conditions and a different approach. To be 100% sure, a head to head comparison between two machines would be the only way for any conclusions. This spot was once loaded with iron and trash. I removed the most of it. I was very satisfied with the small coil. It seems to deliver great results. I like hunting with it which is the most important thing. If only the Racer had better ergonomics... I don't like the design concept. In this video I will also demonstrate my new "invention". It is a strong magnet attached to my pin pointer. It fits exact and sticks to the battery inside.
