Triple Clove Hitch, Biner Blocked Single Rope Rappel

In this video I demonstrate the tying and use of the triple clove hitch to create a biner block for a single rope rappel. The advantage of the triple clove hitch versus the traditional clove hitch for a biner block is that the triple clove should not 'walk' or 'move' around the biner which could cause a traditional clove hitch to come undone. The triple clove hitch takes a little longer to tie and it MUST be dressed well...meaning make sure it is tight, tight, tight.
