Do try it to get yourself the praises. . . Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Makes 4 servings Ingredients For The Chocolate Sauce 1 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate 1/4 cup milk Other Ingredients 2 readymade brownies 1/4 cup powdered sugar dissolved in 1/4 cup of water 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream Method For the chocolate sauce 1. Combine the chocolate and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1½ minutes. 2. Remove from the microwave and mix gently and keep aside. How to proceed 1. Heat the sizzler plate on an open flame till red hot. 2. Pour 2 tbsp of the prepared chocolate sauce, place the brownie in the centre, top it with 2 more tbsp of the prepared chocolate sauce, 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream and finally 2 more tbsp of the chocolate sauce. 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make 1 more sizzling brownie. 4. Place the plate on the wooden tray and serve immediately.
