In this video, I’m sharing how to make Black Urad Dal Laddu (Karuppu Ulundhu Laddu) at home easily. This is a healthy traditional laddu rich in iron, calcium, and protein, especially good for women and growing kids. Made using roasted black urad dal, jaggery, and ghee, this laddu gives strength, boosts energy, and supports bone health. Perfect as a healthy snack or natural energy sweet. Do try this recipe and let me know your feedback 😊 If you like the video, please like, share, and subscribe to my channel for more healthy traditional recipes. 📝 Ingredients Black urad dal (karuppu ulundhu) – 1 cup Palm jaggery / jaggery – ¾ to 1 cup (powdered) Ghee – ¼ cup (as needed) Cardamom powder – ½ tsp Cashews – optional Dry ginger powder (sukku) – a pinch (optional) 👩🍳 Method Dry roast black urad dal on low flame till aromatic. Cool completely. Grind it to a fine flour. Sieve if needed. Heat ghee, add cashews and roast. In a bowl, mix urad dal flour, jaggery powder, cardamom & sukku. Add warm ghee little by little and shape into laddus.
