Rear-end accidents, Massachusetts. Morning, I'm attorney Neil Burns. Our young driver in a truck that rear-ended her when she was stopped, should be responsible, instead of saying that they said, "Well, we're not sure that she was really stopped. We're not sure she had her blinker on. We're not sure that our client had enough time to go around her." There were other witnesses to the case and they all confirmed that our client was completely in the right and the driver of the vehicle that hit her was completely in the wrong, but the insurance company made us go through step, after step, after step to get what was fair and right for our client, for her serious, serious injuries, and even then they wouldn't pay the full amount of the policy.
