Alright so I think Kefla's pretty dope. Personally, she's my favorite Broly lol. She doesn't have any grabs like the others, but she has an Overhead normal and a Low special that comes out too fast for reflect spam. She got the invincible dash to escape shenanigans/the corner or to punish supers. She has good buttons, good strings, solid damage, Hellzone grenade, 2 tracking lvl1s (1 does like 860), a lvl3 super that hits the entire map and covers her entire body, and an easy slide knockdown special. Oh and her EX ball is plus 4 on block. This vid took me a long time to make mostly because of the character specific jH5L link she has is also only 1 frame. If you wanna go for that link online, you're gonna have to study up. The 1st song is Kefla's in game theme.
